One star is given for each level of the puzzle, you can save and store them. Simple tasks, such as setting up a bench, require one star, more complex ones, such as building a hut, require two or three stars.
This game is a simple construction simulator, complete with a match-3 puzzle. Austin will come up with new tasks, making the game intense, full of surprises and troubles (always solved). The fountain may leak during the repair, or while patching the hut, you may be attacked by bugs. Most of them – planting bushes, setting up benches, fixing a broken fountain – are mandatory, some unexpectedly appear as you progress in the game. On each of them you will find a number of tasks. To make the dream a reality, Austin suggests focusing on areas of a wide-spread garden. Austin dreams of working with you, the new owner of the estate, to restore prosperity to him.

Once neatly trimmed lawns are overgrown, large trees withered, and graceful statues cracked and crumbled. New Acres replaced Hidden Objects with Farmscapes-like match-3 puzzles, and brought back and improved garden remodeling.Īs in previous games in the series, you will find yourself in a mansion run by a butler named Austin. The three previous games developed for PC combined the genres of Hidden Object and Garden Restoration Simulator (mansion renovation).
